Without question, our hunts in Scotland top the list of some of the most exciting hunting values we at International Adventures are currently offering.  Due to our continual search for outstanding hunting opportunities, in 1998 we began offering this Red Stag hunt.  Since that time, I have been able to acquire the hunting rights on some of the best estates in Scotland, where head game keepers highly manage the harvest of their animals, offering our clients guaranteed shooting opportunities at stags that are 6 years old, or older.   The estates I am dealing with recognize that trophy class animals on their properties should be harvested by sport hunters, however, they are not as interested in going through the process of packaging together meals, lodging, transportation, etc.

As you can see, our package includes your air travel to Europe.  Once in London, many of our clients elect to extend their stay touring London, other parts of the European mainland, as well as trips to other parts of the U.K.  Some guests elect to rent a car and tour their way to Scotland.  Others have ridden the high speed train for that exciting experience.  If, however, you do not want to take part in any additional touring, we do also offer a secondary package that includes your roundtrip air from London to either Edinburgh or Glasgow and all airport transfers to and from our base of operations.

Our hunters are housed at the luxurious Lands of Loyal, an 18th Century duke’s estate, that serves some of the best gourmet meals you will find anywhere in the world. Once your red stag is harvested, additional time may be spent hunting roe deer, fallow deer, pheasant, partridge, ducks, geese, hares, and rabbits.

We highly encourage our clients to bring their spouse or a companion on this adventure.  The non-hunting rate includes all of the touring where my wife, Danielle, organizes and accompanies our guests, showing them many historic sites and castles, as well as enjoying some fabulous shopping.  The tours are custom designed for each group’s personal interest.  We build in as much flexibility as possible on each trip to create an unforgettable, custom designed experience for each individual.

Your hunt for red stag includes the harvesting of one hill stag.  These are stags that have been born and raised in the high Scottish heather, and allowed to reach an age that enables them to sport a nice set of antlers.

In addition, we also have relationships with some of the custom breeding and feeding operations in Scotland, where we have access to a few of their surplus breeding stags. For a nominal fee, compared to the trophy class of animal you will be harvesting, our hunters can upgrade their hunt to one of these tremendous stags.  The total price for these incredible trophies is half to a third what you could pay for a comparable animal in other parts of the world.

Many of our clients also add our exciting hunting opportunity in Northern Ireland to this package where Lord Brookeborough offers some of the finest sika deer hunting you will find anywhere in the world, to say nothing of your private stay at his 15th  Century estate.

Without question, the quality of trophies our hunters harvest, combined with the quality experience Danielle and I provide by personally accompanying our groups, make this Red Stag hunting opportunity one of the finest that I believe you will find anywhere.

Planning this hunt a year or more in advance is not uncommon, and by doing so, our hunters can lock in current rates for this package.  I hope you can be part of this incredible adventure!
